We were able to make a custom mold from the origanal and successfully bent a new piece and happily ship it back to the costomer. The cuved glass was not a true radius and the glass was white flashed with a forsted ( sand blasted ) texture. See below for the photos.

We were able to successfully replace broken glass. We custom made a mold to slump the glass because the unusual shape of the frame. Bent oval glass is common, however, this octagon shape is very rare.
