Two of the cut glass globes were broken. The first step is to make the glass blanks . Then comes the cutting of the design . The hard part is matching the profile of each cutting stone .

Custom replacement glass globe for antique light with cut glass design

The replacement convex glass was frosted and the cut glass design was drawn on it.
The design is cut in the glass using stones and hand polished.
