The antique carriage clock was damaged and need replacement curved beveled glass sides. Using the old chipped and broken glass we bent glass pieces to match the radius. The tolerance are very small so each piece is hand fitted.

The old clock had a broken crystal.
The glass was very thin (only 1 mm) thick and it had a very large radius curve with very tight radius corners.

I can custom make any shape bent glass radius bend S bend or crown bends some times call bubble glass because it bubbles out around the wooden mollions in the door. I have a lot of molds for crown glass. For many years I made replacement glass for Pennsylvania House Furniture. During that time, Pennsylvania house would recommed us for replacement glass some of the patterns are very intricate.

Replacement bent glass for a new light fixture .We were faced with the challenge of repairing this broken bent flashed glass panel . We were able to make a custom mold from the origanal and successfully bent a new piece and happily ship it back to the costomer. The cuved glass was not a true radius and the glass was white flashed with a forsted ( sand blasted ) texture. See below for the photos.
