Antique Glass Repair “chandelier”

This broken crystal chandelier was stored in basement for years. Antique glass repair of the four broken arms and a good bath is all this piece will need . Back over a table it will go.

I repaired this Antique Glass Chandelier using white cloth covered wire. A little hard to find but worth the time . I like keeping things original when I can. I would have liked to repainted the candle sleeves they look dirty to me compaired to the new wire. Gramas gone now but the antique glass chandelier is repaired and back at work.

The boboche was broken and a few pieces were missing so we glued the pieces back together and bent a piece of glass to fill the hole left by the missing pieces.

Many broken arms and missing crystals on this Baccarat candelabra. What a mess when it came to me. It look like a box of trash. Stored in the basement for who knows how long they didn’t know any one to fix it. They found me the old fashion way word of mouth not a google search. A good bath and some tlc this candelabra needs a grand piano.

Antique Glass Globe Repair

We were able to restore an old sconce by making a replacement shade for it. This was one of twenty matching lights in a very old home. The painter had broken an antique etched glass globe during the remodeling. Cut glass lamp repair is one of many things I have done over the years. I like the dirty,rusty, broken chandelier restorations the best. Missing parts and broken glass is no problem for our team.
