antique crystal chandelier replacement bobeche
May 21st, 2014 by Marc Konys - posted in All Repair Projects, Chandelier Bobeche Replacement Parts, Chandelier RepairThe second largest chandelier in the world was in need of three replacement bobeches. I have made a lot of crystal bobeches over the years but not as large as these. They sent me a broken bobeche with a part missing. I made a mold and cast it in plaster to fill in the part the was missing.
I made the blanks .
Crystal bobeche twelve inch diameter
Drilled the 24 holes and added pins.

I have a broken 1960’s small chandelier with a broken bobesche. Could I mail you the parts including all of the broken pieces and have you make a mold to replace the glass? The wiring will also have to be updated. Could I send it to you and have you quote me a price?
Thanks!

Hi, Im looking for an 8″ diameter, 2″ depth crystal bobechae with a scalloped edge and a diamond pattern, preferably with 16 pin holes and a half inch center hole. I do have photos if you have a way for me to send them. Do you have anything that fits that description already made? If not, is that something you can custom make and what is the cost? I can even mail you the one we have here, which fell from the chandelier and broke. We taped it together the best we could in order to get photos and dimensions. Thank you.
