Lalique Crystal Repair cat with chipped ear

Lalique has a frosted acid etched finish . The chip really show because it is clear glass.

I have a Lalique vase, it has a long crack deep running along one side view. The glass in general has an unfortunate soot haze. It’s as if someone burned a candle in it! So, that would explain the crack too. U can’t feel the crack inside or outside. What’s the best way to clean it. Ordinary soap does nothing.Can anything be done about the fissure?
